We just wanted to let you know what a difference CM Stevens Individualized Education Center has made in our sons life and ours. Under teh new "Block Schedule" system implemented by Wake County Schools, it did not address teaching students with learning disabilities. The new system moved too fast for our son to learn under and he suffered and struggled, each day he got further and further behind...
ENROLLMENT FORM FOR 2011
Admission Procedures:
- Parent makes contact by phone and schedules a personal interview with student, parent and headmaster.
- Parents need to bring a certified transcript complete with immunization records, or a copy of immunization records and a current report card, or the last issued report card. If accepted, a date will be agreed upon for academic placement and testing before the meeting is over.
- A check for the following:
- Enrollment Fee: $350.00
- Testing Fees: (3 tests @ $200.00 per test)
- New Family Fee: ($800.00 if applicable)
- The First month's tuition must be paid upon acceptance, if not paying all fees and tuition in full.
- Books are paid for after they arrive and before student can receive them. This could be from 1 day to 10 days depending upon availability.
- School tours can be arranged individually by calling 919-846-0118 or just stop by on a Thursday for the weekly school tour at 1:30, or call to arrange an after hours school tour and interview.
